The four types of performance profiles monitored are optimised performance, internet navigation and battery support, as well as gaming. These four profiles are customizable and can be easily switched between by simply clicking on the corresponding number. Each one is designed to maximise the performance of each of those functions and run as smoothly and efficiently as possible when in use.

Whether you want to slow down your CPU with “Clock Modulation” or allow it to run at 100% of its capability, ThrottleStop lets you do it all and quickly with its easy to use CPU profiles. The left side of the user interface offers a variety of options for setting changes, while the right side allows for monitoring and shows you the state of each thread of your CPU.
